Our Joyful Steps party package is a perfect option for your child’s special day! This party is perfect for ages 1 to 3! This cozy, private setting is designed for the parent who finds joy in the heart of planning - the one who loves to personally design, decorate, and host every beautiful detail. While we provide the safe and welcoming space for your celebration to unfold, you bring the unique vision of activities that make your child smile.
$250 ($100 non refundable deposit)

Joyful Steps Party
Our Shine Bright celebration package is a beloved favorite for children 4 to 6! This package is designed to give you the creative freedom to host the perfect party while we take two big tasks off your plate. To get the celebration started, our wonderful PHDA staff will lead the children in a joyful 30-minute dance session tailored just for them. Plus, we’ll take care of the invitations for you! You’ll receive custom-made, ready-to-print, invitations that perfectly match the spirit of your child’s big day!
$300 ($125 non refundable deposit)

Shine Bright Celebration
Our Light of the World party package is our most cherished celebration, designed to let you simply relax and soak in every precious moment! Highly recommended for ages 7 to 10! Your child and their friends will enjoy a wonderful 45-minute dance session led by one or our PHDA teachers, followed by a variety of delightful games and activities hosted entirely by our amazing staff. To make things even easier, we’ll even create custom-made, ready-to-print invitations just for you. We would be so honored to handle the details so you can focus on celebrating the beautiful light your child brings to the world!

Available for guests under the age of 18 up to 20 bags total. To include bags and goodies

Policies
The non-refundable deposit is DUE at the time of reservation.
Remaining balance is due 7 days before the party date.
Parties are hosted the 2nd or 4th weekend of each month, unless otherwise stated.
Once a party is booked and the deposit is received the deposit is non-refundable even in the event of a cancellation.
With prior approval from PHDA staff, parties may be rescheduled (within the year) to an open date, without losing the deposit.
There must be adult supervision at all times during birthday parties.
No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances are allowed in the PHDA studio at any time.
Music played during birthday parties must be age appropriate and be free from inappropriate words.

Our parties are best suited for ages 3 and up. We tailor the dance activities to match the age and experience level of the birthday child and their guests to ensure everyone has a fun and engaging experience.

Guest limits vary based on studio location and party package. Most parties comfortably accommodate up to 12–15 children. Please contact us if you are planning a larger group so we can discuss options.

Yes. There must be adult supervision at all times during birthday parties. At least one responsible adult must remain on site throughout the event. While not all parents need to stay, we do require designated adult supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.

You are welcome to bring simple decorations that match your party theme. We ask that decorations do not damage walls, floors, or mirrors. Please allow time within your rental window for setup and cleanup.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The deposit amount depends on the party package selected and typically ranges from $100–$150. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of the party. Final payment details will be provided when your party is confirmed.

Yes. All participating guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in party activities. A waiver link will be provided prior to the event.
